<1> For customers going to the airport
There are two services we offer: Shared ride and Exclusive ride.
For Shared ride service, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes for you.
For Exclusive ride service, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes for you.
After the service wait time, we will instruct the driver to leave OR the driver will stay and a wait time charge will be applied! (Read below for wait time charge).
<2> For customers being picked up at the airport
We take into consideration domestic and international incoming flights.
For Shared ride service and domestic incoming flights, we will set the pick up time to be 40-70 minutes after your flight has landed. ( Usually the “at gate” time ).
For Shared ride service and international incoming flights, we will set the pick up time to be 70-90 minutes after your flight has landed. ( Usually the “at gate” time ).
For Exclusive ride service and domestic incoming flights, we will set the pick up time to be 30 minutes after your flight has landed. ( Usually the “at gate” time ).
For Exclusive ride service and international incoming flights, we will set the pick up time to be 60 minutes after your flight has landed. ( Usually the “at gate” time ).
For Shared ride pick up at the airport, we use 30 minutes window to pick you up and any other passengers who will be sharing the ride. Please note that the other passengers flight may arrive earlier or be delayed depending on the flight and you may have to wait at the inner curb for more than 45 minutes.
For Exclusive ride pick up at the airport, we believe that 30 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international will be the average time for you to arrive at the curb area to be picked up. Therefore, usually, we will set up the pickup time to be 30 minutes after the landing for domestic flight, and 60 minutes after the landing for international flight. If you think you will get to the curb sooner than 30 minutes for domestic flight or 60 minutes for international flight, you could set an earlier pickup time. However, the wait time charge will start sooner also. Wait time charge starts 60 minutes after the pickup time you chose.
After the pickup time for Exclusive ride, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes for you. Once these 60 minutes expires, the driver will be instructed to leave or the driver will stay and a wait time charge will be applied! (Read below for wait time charge).
For Exclusive ride pickup, we will try our best to limit your wait time at the curb to be 10 minutes or less. However due to airport traffic, your wait time at curb could be longer than 15 minutes. Please let us know in advance if you expect you will be at the curb sooner than the estimated time, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Due to airport security, our driver can not wait for you at the curb for long. Our driver will be on standby at a remote parking lot for instruction to be given to come to the airport curb.
*Wait time charge: $10 for every 15 minutes. This charge is applied when the driver has to wait longer than expected.
*Cancellation Policy: We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Sunshire has a very simple cancellation policy: just give us 24 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, Sunshire cannot refund payment if canceled WITHIN 24 HOURS notice prior to pick up time or in the event of the customer not showing up. *Pets: All pets must be kenneled to board the vehicle and each pet will count as a carry on. This service is only available for the exclusive ride service.
*Travelling with children: Children are welcomed to ride aboard with SunshiRe shuttle. If your child is under the minimum age/weight standards set by the laws of California, the child must use a car seat. Please mention how many car seats you will need when making a reservation.
*Luggage: Customers are limited to 2 bags (carry on or luggage) per person for shared ride service. Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of space within the vehicle and plan accordingly. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed inside the vehicle. SunshiRe assumes no liability in the event of damage, loss or theft of any such property. If an item is lost, customers can call or text (626)8696682 for further instructions.
*On time Guarantee: for Airport drop off, we guarantee the driver will arrive at specified time frame to pick you up. If we fail to pick you up “On Time” AND you fail to catch your flight, we will issue full refund. “On Time” includes a 30 minutes grace period to accommodate the delays due to unforeseeable conditions. Your safety is our number one priority, therefore, the guarantee may be suspended, in the interest of safety, during certain weather conditions where safety may be compromised. Due to increased traffic during the holiday season, our on time Guarantee is not in effect during all national holidays and long weekends.
